Bridlewood Holiday Traditions

It’s that time of year again; the time of cats knocking over trees and menorahs, of dogs begging for their share of holiday dinner, of cold paws, and frolicking in the snow. It’s the holiday season and here at Camp Bridlewood, we love to celebrate with our pets! Our owners and employees all have their own traditions with their animals this time of year, and we thought it would be nice to spread some holiday cheer by sharing these with you!
In Abby’s home lives Linus, a daschund. They celebrate with a candy cane shaped dog bone and a cute little sweater and socks!
Tori likes to celebrate with her cat, Aesop, by getting him a stocking full of fun treats and toys (and, you know, tying up the Christmas tree so he might not knock it over).
Eddie likes to celebrate with his dog Herman by getting him some presents (like a bone) and treats.
Courtney like to celebrate with her cats; Princess, Ash, and Sonic, by filling their fish shaped    stockings with different toys and treats.
Dale and Bill (our owners) like to spend their Christmas morning opening presents with their grandkids and their Savannah cats (especially the kittens!) and listening to their parrot, Al, mimic Christmas carols.

Traditions are part of what make us who we are. If you ask me, people need to think about what they do more. If you are someone who does not respect traditions, then that is just too bad. I know that a lot of people here do not want to believe in it, but traditions are really important to us. I know that this is hard to think about them in a serious note, but that is just what you need to do.
